Plan and deliver engaging theatre instruction aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). Teach foundational and advanced theatre concepts, including acting, stage movement, improvisation, technical theatre, and production. Direct and coordinate school theatre productions, performances, and showcases as assigned. Encourage student participation in UIL One-Act Play and other extracurricular theatre opportunities, if applicable. Create a classroom environment that promotes creativity, collaboration, and respect. Assess student progress and maintain accurate records of grades and attendance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Collaborate with other faculty members to support campus programs and activities. Perform other duties as assigned by the campus principal. Qualifications
