Position Summary

Harmony Independent School District is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Maintenance Director to lead the district's maintenance department. This position is a working supervisor responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations while actively performing maintenance work alongside the maintenance staff.

The Maintenance Director is responsible for ensuring that all district facilities, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained while providing leadership, direction, and support to the maintenance team.

Current Texas Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Certification is required.
